Die Lavendel is a family-run lavender farm and artisan production project located in the Cuatro Horizontes neighborhood of Villa General Belgrano, in the Calamuchita Valley, Córdoba Province. It stands as one of the pioneering lavender cultivation ventures in Argentina, offering visitors a hands-on experience that combines nature, artisan production, and rural tourism just minutes from the town center.

The farm was founded on March 7, 2019 by Claudia and Rubén, who trained alongside INTA (Argentina's National Agricultural Technology Institute) through the Cambio Rural program. Over time, their children Gala and Mateo joined the project. The farm operates under ecological principles, using alternative energy sources and harvesting lavender by hand. All products are handcrafted on-site from plants grown on the property.
Die Lavendel offers a range of services and products suited both for day visitors and those looking to stay longer:
- Lavender Experience: a guided tour of the fields covering the different lavender varieties, the cultivation process, and a tasting session featuring lavender-based products.
- Soaps and skincare: a natural product line including handcrafted lavender soaps and balms.
- Gastronomy: a tasting experience using lavender as an ingredient, featuring items such as stuffed pasta, lavender dulce de leche, floral gin, and afternoon tea.
- Home & Garden: diffusers, dried flower arrangements, sachets, and other home fragrance products.
- Chalets: on-site accommodation in the lavender fields, with two units licensed by the local municipality. Casa 1 is a two-story house with a covered garage, grill area, shared pool, and capacity for up to 10 guests. Casa 2 is a more intimate unit with a private enclosure, shared pool, and direct access to the lavender fields, accommodating up to 4 guests.

Throughout the year, Die Lavendel organizes two major events: the Harvest Festival, an annual celebration unique to the Calamuchita Valley, and the Lavandas en la Villa Festival, held in Villa General Belgrano and featuring informational talks, food, art, and cultural activities.
