Cabañas Rincón del Plata is a cabin complex located in El Salto, Potrerillos, at 1,850 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Cordón del Plata mountain range, in the province of Mendoza. This accommodation in Potrerillos offers direct views of the front cordillera and a natural mountain setting ideal for relaxation, disconnection, and outdoor activities of all kinds.
The Potrerillos cabins at the complex are available in three unit types:
• Cabin — capacity for up to 6 guests
• Alpine Cabin — capacity for up to 5 guests
• Studio — capacity for up to 3 guests
Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, complete tableware, heating, Smart TV, bed linen and towels, individual barbecue grill, covered parking, and high-speed WiFi via Starlink. The standard Cabin features a double bedroom and a second room with two bunk beds plus a freezer, while the Alpine Cabin has an upper level with three beds. The studio combines a double bed and a single bed in an open-plan layout.
The complex features a shared swimming pool, a spacious park of over 1,000 square meters with hammocks, a clay oven, and barbecue and griddle grills. Reception is open 24 hours, and transfer services and kayak rental are available at an additional cost. Please note that tap water is not drinkable.
The Potrerillos area offers a wide range of mountain and river activities. Nearby options include horseback riding, trekking, mountain biking, rock and ice climbing, zip lines, and whitewater rafting. The Potrerillos Dam is just a few kilometers from the complex, providing access to water sports and kayaking as well.

Excelente lugar! El monoambiente super bien, cómodo y grande, el lugar es espectacular. Esta ubicado en una zona un poquito más alejada, tranquila. La atención de Guido súper dispuesto a orientarnos en actividades y lugares, la verdad que la pasamos muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Hermoso lugar, super tranquilo, lindas vistas con kioscos y almacenes cerca, si queres ir a despejar es un lugar ideal, en nuestro caso fuimos por trabajo, pero no nos hizo falta nada, Guido un genio, nos dio una mano con todo lo que necesitamos y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones.

Fui por el fin de semana. Muy buena ubicación, el lugar es muy amplio y tenes todo lo que se necesita. Guido muy servicial, siempre pendiente de que tuviéramos todo de forma correcta, la verdad nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Totalmente recomendable.
