Casa de montaña Manantiales is a lodging property in Potrerillos, a mountain village located in the Luján de Cuyo department, in the province of Mendoza. The complex offers two houses for exclusive use by groups and families, featuring large green spaces, full equipment, and a natural mountain setting just a few kilometres from Potrerillos Lake and the gateway to the Aconcagua Valley.

The grounds cover 800 m² of landscaped garden with exclusive access for guests. Large trees, including a leafy linden, frame the outdoor patio, which features a barbecue grill, a large wood-burning oven, and a convection oven — ideal for outdoor gatherings in any season.

The first house has two bedrooms on the ground floor: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a bunk bed. It includes two bathrooms, one of which is located outside the main building. The second house, Manantiales-Nazareth, is situated in El Salto and adds a third bedroom on the upper floor, accessed via an internal staircase. Available accommodation types are:

• House with two ground-floor bedrooms (double bed / double bed and bunk bed)
• Nazareth House with three bedrooms (two on the ground floor and one upstairs)

Both units feature a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove with oven, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and complete kitchenware. Drinking water is supplied in jugs due to the nature of the mountain water supply. The stay includes bed linen, sheets, blankets, quilts, and a towel and bath sheet set per person.

The complex's services include gas and electric heating, hot water available 24 hours a day, bottled gas supply, covered parking for vehicles, WiFi throughout the property, and DirecTV satellite television. The location in Potrerillos makes this lodging an ideal base for activities such as trekking, horseback riding, rafting on the Mendoza River, and excursions to Vallecitos.
