La verdad que el hotel es muy bueno, como así también la atencion de los empleados. La ubicación es excelente, lugar súper tranquilo para relajar y conectar con la naturaleza, la vista al lago es espectacular. Muy recomendable!!! Una crítica constructiva, habría que mejorar el Wifi, ya que no lo pude utilizar, nada se señal, no puede descargar una foto en toda mí estadía, por eso le quite una estrella.

Hermoso hotel con vistas increíbles al lago. Fui con mi novia en febrero y la habitacion que nos dieron era espaciosa, comoda, cálida y con mucha luz natural. Tenes acceso directo a la playa y un sum con parrilla y unas maquinas de arcades. La ubicación es muy buena, en la esquina paran los colectivos que te llevan al centro de la ciudad y también a la mayoría de cerros y senderos. Los de recepción también fueron muy amables. El complejo está en el kilómetro 5, 10 minutos del centro, cerca del cerro Otto y playa bonita, hay varios restaurantes muy cerca, el almacén más cercano es a 1 kilómetro, las instalaciones están adecuadamente cuidadas, la limpieza es ejemplar, tiene cocina equipada, baño completo, cuenta con playa privada muy tranquila, las vistas son hermosas, la recepcionista muy servicial y realiza muy bien su trabajo.Aceptan mascotas pero tener en cuenta que cobran una tarifa adicionalEspero volver en otra oportunidad
