Located at km 7.5 of Avenida Pioneros, these cabins are just 10 minutes from downtown Bariloche and Cerro Catedral, in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by ancient forests of cypress, coihue, and lenga trees. The property spans 1000 m² and hosts two completely independent houses, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

Nearby, guests will find a convenience store, pharmacy, butcher, and greengrocer at the entrance of the neighborhood, as well as supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away by car. Playa Bonita, one of the most popular beaches in the area, is only 5 minutes away, while the Catedral Ski Center is just 15 minutes by car. For wellness activities, one of the best yoga centers in Bariloche is within a 5-minute walk, along with a fitness center and a club with a swimming pool close to the houses.

Cabañas San Patricio offers two independent units:
• Casa San Patricio: Built in wood and on two levels, it features a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, dining and living room, plus a laundry area and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, another room with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The house is fully furnished and includes broadband internet, two TVs (one with Netflix and one with Direct TV), plus a barbecue grill and outdoor dining area.
• Casa Michelle: Also built on two levels, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and a laundry area. On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Upstairs, there is another en suite bedroom with three single beds and a walk-in closet. It comes with broadband internet, two TVs, books and board games, as well as an outdoor barbecue and dining area.

Both houses are spacious, cozy, and fully equipped, making them ideal for relaxing in nature while enjoying everything Bariloche has to offer.
