Composed of two rooms on the first floor with access by stairs, it has a terraced patio-balcony with barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meetings. The tranquility of the place, its gardens and the native forest that surrounds the place, invite you to rest.
On the ground floor, there is the parking lot, the laundry room and a multipurpose room.
It has wf service, DirecTV, internet and underfloor heating.
The equipment of this unit is complete, it has a hair dryer and "linen" service that is replenished every five days.
To access this paradisiacal place, it is necessary to have your own mobility, since the public transport service is infrequent.
