The House is set up for 4 people (in case of more people check conditions), 25 minutes from the center of Bariloche (16 km) and 30 minutes from Cerro Catedral (24 km).

🛣️ It is located within the Nahuel Huapi National Park, access through National Route No. 40, in a mountainous, natural and silent environment with incredible views of the hills and Lake Gutiérrez.

📌 On the ground floor it has a full bathroom, a bedroom, a main room with an integrated kitchen-dining room-living room, a 55 Smart TV, on the top floor it has another room. Includes bed linen, towels and towels.
📌Kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Wi-Fi service, electric and gas heating.
📌 Outside we have parking for the vehicle, a deck with beautiful views, a garden with an individual grill, in a shared space we have organic orchards ♻️ and a pool.

🐶🐱 In case of not notifying and agreeing to prior conditions, we cannot accept pets, remember that within the Nahuel Huapi National Park the presence of pets in public spaces is prohibited.
