From Villa de Merlo you can hire an excursion to Salto del Tigre, a waterfall hidden between the Sierras de los Comechingones and the Calamuchita Valley. To the waterfall

The journey itself begins in the Serrano Edge of the mountains whose wools. There you reach by the path of the Faldeo de los Comechingones and cross several viewpoints towards the Conlara Valley. Then a gravel road that crosses the boundary between provinces reaches the summit post, where the car is parked. From this post, the walk of about 2.5 km is of low difficulty to conclude the crossing and embrace the surroundings of the waterfall. It is advisable to wear suitable footwear because the trail is very stony and the rocks along the way are part of the landscape.

It is common to see sheep grazing in the ravine and the frame becomes even more bucolic.
