Aparts Tatiana is an apartment complex located in Villa de Merlo, San Luis, just 8 blocks from the historic town center and 3 blocks from Route 5, in a central area with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants, and eateries. This accommodation in Merlo combines comfort and convenience, ideal for travelers who want everything within easy reach during their stay, with a paved street and covered parking on the property.
The complex offers two types of units, designed for different groups of travelers:
• Spacious studio loft for 2 to 4 people
• Two-room apartment for 5 to 7 people
All units feature a large balcony with views of the sierras, a double bed and single beds, split air conditioning (heating and cooling), heating, a 32" Smart TV with cable, and high-speed fiber optic wifi. The wooden shutters add a warm, traditional touch to each space.
Each apartment includes a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, dishware, table, and chairs, allowing guests to cook with complete comfort. The private bathroom features a bidet and a spacious shower, and bed linens, comforters, and towels are all included in the service.
Among the shared spaces, Aparts Tatiana offers a swimming pool with a sundeck and lounge chairs (pool towels are not provided), garden tables and chairs, individual grills, and a 32 m² gallery with tables, chairs, and views of the sierras, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. There is also a shared kitchenette area with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and a sink with hot and cold water.
As additional services, the complex offers optional breakfastdinner (rates available upon request), along with a Chinese Therapy office and massage services for guests looking to add some relaxation to their stay in Villa de Merlo. Its location, 8 blocks from the main square and 300 meters from Route 5, makes it a practical and well-connected option for exploring the sierras and enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Excelente atención y calidad en la primer respuesta. El Aparts es muy lindo inclusive mucho mejor de lo que se ve fotos..agua caliente espectacular en el baño, aire frio calor espectacular, muy buenos parrilleros..por último excelentes camas sommier..nada mas q agregar 10 puntos..som oq fui en otoño con lluvia y no pude usar la excelente pileta...

Está atendido por sus dueños, ideal para ir en pareja o con los niños, a descansar. Todo está super limpio ! Toallas, sábanas, bueno impecable ! Todo funciona ! Encima ofrecen propuestas para almorzar / cenar super accesibles ! Hacen unas pizzas gourmet - son posta estilo palermo hollywood, exquisitas - y sanguches deliciosos que te los llevan calentitos a la habitación !!! Lo más son las sesiones de masajes que hace Taty para seguir relajando en las vacaciones ! También en precios super accesibles ! Hasta con las sesiones de masajes aceptan tarjeta de crédito! Un lugar para volver ! Si estás en dudas, este es tu lugar !

No pongo más estrellas porque solo hay 5, se merecen 10 estrellas....atendido por Igor y Tatiana,amables y siempre atentos a cualquier detalle. Alquilé para el fin de semana largo y está a ocho cuadras del centro, lugar tranquilo y seguro. Ofrecen sábanas,toallas y acolchados. Tienen una proveeduría con bebidas frescas,carbón y leña, también tiene parrillas como para hacer un asadito y mesas con sillas para comer afuera. La pileta es hermosa y cuenta con solarium, gracias a Dios nos tocaron días ideales para disfrutar de ella. Los deptos están SUPER equipados para que tu estadía sea de ensueño. Gracias por todo!!
