Complejo Pircas Mar is an exclusive boutique complex located in Las Grutas, just 70 meters from the beach, in front of Los Acantilados access. It offers a total of 7 fully equipped apartments designed to provide comfort, privacy, and unforgettable moments in contact with nature.

The complex offers the following types of units:
• 5 three-room duplex apartments: on the upper floor, two bedrooms and a full bathroom; on the lower floor, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Private patio with barbecue and laundry area, plus a front patio with view of the solarium and swimming pool.
• 2 two-room apartments on a single floor: bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, and full bathroom. One with a front patio and barbecue with view of the solarium and pool; the other with terrace, barbecue, and balcony with the same view.

The apartments are fully equipped with sommiers, sofa beds, bedding, towels and bath towels with daily replacement. They feature a 32” Smart TV in the master bedroom and a 43” Smart TV in the living-dining area, both with satellite Directv. The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, full set of dishes, and Philips appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and juicer). All rooms have Split air conditioning, ceiling fans, and balanced draft heaters. Furniture is high quality, and patios include wooden tables and chairs with private barbecue.
