Sueño de las Grutas is a family cabaña complex located in Las Grutas, Río Negro, made up of three independent houses authorized by the local Tourism Board. The complex sits at the level of the first beach access point — one of the most popular in the resort — just 600 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the town center, in a quiet area away from the noise. The grounds feature a spacious park with trees, pines, and plenty of shade, as well as small play equipment for children. This accommodation in Las Grutas is exclusively for families; groups of young people and pets are not accepted.
Three cabañas are available, accommodating between 4 and 7 guests:
• Casa Amaia (4/5 guests)
• Casa Jam (6 guests)
• Casa Eloie (6/7 guests)
Casa Amaia features a double bedroom with wardrobe, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and wardrobe, a kitchen-dining area with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom. It accommodates 4 guests; a fifth guest is recommended to be a child for comfort reasons.
Casa Jam offers a king-size double bedroom with wardrobe, a spacious second bedroom with two bunk beds and wardrobe, a kitchen-dining area with a sofa, a breakfast bar, and a large full bathroom. It sleeps up to 6 guests.
Casa Eloie includes a double bedroom with wardrobe, a spacious second bedroom with two bunk beds and wardrobe, a kitchen-dining area with a sofa bed, a bar with stools, and a large full bathroom. It accommodates 6 guests; a seventh is recommended to be a child for comfort reasons.
All cabañas in the complex are equipped with a 24" LED television with digital TV, a refrigerator (with freezer in the 6/7-person units), microwave, oven and stovetop, complete kitchenware, a toaster/waffle maker, and a hairdryer. Outdoor amenities include patio tables and chairs, a hammock, and an individual barbecue grill. Parking is covered and internal, with space for one vehicle per unit. All rooms have ceilingwall fans, and windows are fitted with shutters. In terms of safety, each unit is equipped with a circuit breaker, emergency light, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher.

La casa está bien en lineas generales, la cocina con lo justo y necesario. Baño chico sin ventilación y justo durante mi estadía con olor a cloaca. Servicio no califico porque no tiene, te dejan un poco de detergente, un papel higiénico colocado y bolsa de residuo colocada luego hay que comprar porque no reponen, no colocan toallas ni desayuno ni servicio de limpieza. Wi Fi aceptable.

Lo que más destaco es que son cabañas separadas. La ubicación es muy tranquila para descansar. Está cerca de la playa, unos 600 mts. Y la limpieza impecable. Están súper equipada con cocina, heladera, aire acondicionado (aunque no hizo falta), el termotanque es grande (para una familia). El Direc tv lo habían dejado con carga. Agradezco la muy buena predisposición de las anfitrionas Luisina y la mamá. Nos pasaron toda la info para visitar los lugares. Nosotros ingresamos a las 20 hs y estaban atentas a nuestra llegada.
