Abiyala Departamentos in Las Grutas is an excellent choice for a family vacation in a safe and comfortable setting. Located just 100 meters from the Terraza al Mar beach access, they offer a privileged view and quick access to the warm, crystal-clear waters of the San Matías Gulf, perfect for activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, and surfing.
The apartments are designed especially for families, couples,married guests, ensuring a quiet and secure atmosphere. Each unit includes:
• One bedroom with a double bed.
• Two additional beds in the living-dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, microwave, coffee maker, and hand blender. Bed linens, comforters, and blankets are provided, though towels are not included. The bathroom features hot water by water heater and a hair dryer.
Among the highlighted amenities are a 32-inch LED TV with DIRECTV, free WI-FI, air conditioning, balanced-draft heater, and an individual safe. Each unit also has a spacious balcony with grill, table, and cookware for outdoor meals.
For added convenience, guests can enjoy beach and board games, lounge chairs, and complimentary kayak use. There is also covered parking for one vehicle per unit. Safety is enhanced since the owners live on the ground floor, while the apartments are located on the first floor.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and rentals are strictly for families, couples,married guests, not for groups of young people. Additional undeclared guests must be previously authorized.
Reservations require a 40% depositbank transfer, with the balance due at check-in. Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

Super recomendable! Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este departamento. Desde el primer momento, Guillermo, el dueño, mostró una predisposición impecable para ayudarnos y guiarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos, siempre atento y cordial. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy completo y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo una cuadra del mar, en una zona súper tranquila y acogedora, ideal para descansar. Sin dudas, lo recomendamos y agradecemos de corazón a Guillermo por su calidez y atención. Volveremos!!

Paramos la semana pasada en Abiyala. El equipamiento y las instalaciones de la casa fueron espectaculares. El barrio súper tranquilo y a pasitos de la playa. Excelente atención de Guille y Silvia. Predispuestos en todo momento para recomendarnos y ayudarnos durante nuestra estadía. Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas a hospedarnos con ellos. Saludos desde Rosario.
