Ubicación ideal. Frente al mar, literalmente sobre la arena, en las unidades de planta baja que son seis. Esta ubicado a 2 cuadras del primer supermercado, donde comienza el centro.Tiene un deck cubierto, con asador, termina el deck y empieza la playa, una belleza. Si estás haciendo un asado podes ir al mar o a la piscina. Que más se puede pedir?Tiene ventanales enormes, con black out y sunscreen automatizados a control remoto, un chiche.Loza radiante para el invierno.Ventanas doble vidrio hermético.Una pena que con el cambio climático no tenga aire acondicionado en el living-comedor (tiene ventilador de techo). La habitación tiene AA. Ojo, sabíamos que no tenía antes de alquilar.Salvando estos detalles, es de primer nivel, excelente categoría, hermosos detalles y terminaciones, buena atención, limpieza, servicios, ubicación, tranquilidad.
