Espacio Papyro is a cabin complex in Las Gaviotas set on a 1,500 m² lot surrounded by a forest of acacia and pine trees. The property features 8 cabins of varying capacities, managed by its owners in a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, just 500 meters from the sea and the same distance from the center of Mar de las Pampas.
The available accommodation units are:
• 50 m² cabins for 2 to 4 guests
• 80 m² cabins for 2 to 4 guests
• 90 m² cabins for 4 to 6 guests
Each cabin is laid out across two floors and includes a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, complete dinnerware, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, board games, and a movie library. Sleeping arrangements include 12 bedrooms: the main room with a queen-size bed (with sommier mattress) and a second room with single beds. All units feature a full bathroom with bathtub, a desk, an indoor telephone, and balanced-flue heating. Baby equipment and maid service with linens are also included.
The complex offers an artisanal breakfast delivered directly to the cabin, featuring croissants, toast, jam, and butter. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool with a sunbathing area.
The cabins in Las Gaviotas at Espacio Papyro are just 4 blocks from the beach and 500 meters from the center of Mar de las Pampas, nestled in one of the most distinctive forested settings along the Atlantic coast of Buenos Aires province.

Excelente lugar! Amplio duplex para 4 personas con una parrilla y mesa exterior. Las áreas comunes muy bien cuidadas. Es un lugar apropiado para unos días en el mar. Los precios son muy convenientes. El personal del lugar es muy amable!! Volveremos!
