• Luxury Apart: 2-room apartment of 67 m², for up to 4 guests. Spacious and bright, with air conditioning, radiant floor heating, private balcony, and barbecue grill.
• Classic Apart: 2-room apartment of 55 m², for up to 5 guests, with no internal stairs. Equipped with air conditioning, radiant floor heating, private balcony, and barbecue grill.
• Junior Apart: 2-room apartment of 43 m², for 3 to 4 guests. Spacious and bright, with air conditioning, radiant floor heating, private balcony, and barbecue grill.
• Suite: generously sized hotel-style room for 2 guests, equipped with individual air conditioning and radiant floor heating. Does not include a private balconybarbecue grill.

All units include cable TV and Wi-Fi with a dedicated router in each apartment, ensuring stable connectivity throughout the stay.

Included services cover the continental breakfast served in a pick-up and take-away format, daily housekeeping, and covered parking under a shade canopy with CCTV surveillance and a night watchman.

Access to the Aqua Wellness SPA de Mar is included for all guests. The spa features a Finnish bath, Scottish shower, and sauna. Massage and additional treatment services are not included in the rate and can be arranged separately.

The property also has an artisan café and pastry shop available for afternoon snacks and light meals. Guests can enjoy homemade cakes and sweets, crustless sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, empanadas, and a ion of hot and cold drinks, in a spacious lounge area with tables and seating designed for relaxation and socializing.
