Each apartment features a single-level layout of 65 m², perfect for 2 to 4 guests. They include a bedroom with a double bed, two sofa beds in the living room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, aluminum double-glazed windows, and blackout curtains. All rooms have ceiling fans, and each terrace has a private grill and views of the park and the Mar de las Pampas forest.
For comfort and security, Casaplaya offers a privileged location just one block from the sea, covered parking, daily housekeeping with dishwashing service, and continental breakfast served in the apartment. Additional amenities include TVs in all rooms, spring mattresses, premium linens, beach and pool towels, individual alarms, safes for valuables and laptops, and baby equipment such as a crib, bathtub, and high chair.

Increible la experiencia y el lugar. Servicio de playa (vas a la playa solo con el mate) a 1 cuadra! Horno pizzero en la cabaña. Ambiente de bosque! Muy buena atencion de Cari. Hasta me dejo quedarme un dia mas x la tormenta sin reserva (viajo en moto). Una genia. Volvere con gusto

Nos encantó el apartamento, fue perfecto ! amplio, muy cómodo, limpio, con un colchón súper cómodo y una excelente ubicación a solo 100 m del mar. La atención fue excelente en todo momento, muy recomendable !

Impecable el servicio de Casaplaya, con el mejor precio de toda la zona lo cual es muy importante.Para destacar la atención de todo el personal que trabaja ahí , el apart muy cómodo, completo y práctico. La limpieza es excelente. Las camas de los nenes con colchones reales (importantísimo) no como en otros lugares que te ponen la famosa cama carrito y la cama de abajo el colchón es un feta de fiambre...la vegetación que rodea los apart te brinda una paz impresionante.En fin creo que encontramos nuestro lugar en Las Gaviotas!!!

Pasamos una estadía muy linda en Casaplaya. El lugar está a un paso de la playa, muy cerca de los comercios en las Las Gaviotas y pegado al bosque de Mar de las Pampas. La unidad que nos tocó resultó muy cómoda y completa. Las unidades mantienen su privacidad una de otras. Hermosa la piscina. Recomendable!
