On the first floor of the Crowne Plaza Panamericano Hotel, the Tomo I restaurant awaits customers with tempting gourmet proposals in order to satisfy the most demanding palates. The Tomo I restaurant menu has always been best-known for the quality of its dishes, for the diversity of its proposals and for its list of specialties. During the last few years, the restaurant has presented the week of "regional dishes", in which the Italian, the French and the Indian cuisine have gained fame in the gastronomic field.
Apart from these interesting proposals, there are also traditional menues at a fixed price. They are made up of three steps (appetizer, main course and dessert) and there are usually three or four choices for each step. The wine (always first quality), a cup of coffee and water are included in the bill, so that the price of the menu ends up being the real price of the meal.
