You can choose between different configurations, such as Department 01 and Department 03, both of 55 sq. mt. and with capacity for 2 to 4 people,Department 02, larger, of 75 sq. mt., ideal for groups of up to 6 people, with a full bathroom and an additional toilette. All of them have a private bedroom, full kitchen integrated to the living room and sommier beds and sofa beds, ideal for familiesgroups of friends.

Each unit is equipped with 42" Smart TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi internet, full set of dishes for six people, linens, radiator heating and hot water by individual boiler. In addition, a microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, exhaust fan and safe deposit box are included. The outdoor space is complemented by a garden with barbecue and parking inside the property, adding comfort to the proposal.

Among its additional services, Apartamentos Parque Melipal offers optional maid service, ideal for those who want to relax and focus on enjoying their stay. It is worth mentioning that the accommodation is smoke-free and does not allow pets, in compliance with local regulations.
