It also has a practical countertop with a double sink and hot water, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water, which is convenient after returning from the beachfor cooling off during the day. El Casal del Mar is approximately three and a half blocks from the closest access to the Valeria del Mar beach and five blocks from the town center. Two blocks away is Plaza de las Américas, a green public space with children's playgrounds and outdoor fitness equipment, providing a nearby option for families.

For fishing enthusiasts, there are coastal areas suitable for fishing with tramallo nets and mediomundo nets, as well as boat fishing excursions. Visitors can also explore Laguna Los Horcones, approximately 15 kilometers away, and Laguna Salada, around 30 kilometers from Valeria del Mar.
