Cabañas La Quebrada Del Sauce is a cabin complex located in Uspallata, Mendoza, set on a property of more than 6,000 m² in the Uspallata Valley, with direct views of the Pre-Andean foothills and the Andes mountain range. The accommodation offers a stay in close contact with nature and outdoor life, just minutes from the town centre and with easy access to the main attractions of the high mountain area.

The complex offers three categories of cabins in Uspallata to suit different types of travellers:

• Double cabin, for two guests, with a double bed, full kitchen and dining area, living room with armchairs, LED TV with satellite antenna, music system with USB ports, full bathroom, heating via ecosol electric panels and a double-combustion log-style stove (available in winter), ceiling fan and covered parking.
• Family cabin, for more than two guests, with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with bunk bedssingle beds), a spacious kitchen and dining area, LED TV with satellite antenna, bathroom, ecosol panel heating, fans and turbos depending on the season, daily housekeeping service and covered parking.
• Multi-family cabin, accommodating up to nine guests, with two rooms with double beds and one room with five single beds, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, LED TV with satellite antenna, ecosol panel heating and a central fireplace stove (available in winter), seasonal ventilation, daily housekeeping service and covered parking.

All cabins feature a fully equipped kitchen with oven, crockery and refrigerator, allowing for a completely self-sufficient stay. The complex also has a Multi-Purpose Hall, suitable for groups wishing to organise gatheringsevents during their visit to Uspallata.

The town of Uspallata is around 120 km from the city of Mendoza and serves as an ideal base for a wide range of excursions and activities. Nearby highlights include the Museo Histórico Las Bóvedas, the Cerro Tunduqueral with its petroglyphs, the Cerro Siete Colores and the Villavicencio Nature Reserve. Following National Route 7 into the high mountains, visitors can reach the Puente del Inca, the Aconcagua Provincial Park, the Penitentes ski resort and the Las Cuevas Border Village. The Potrerillos Dam and the Cacheuta Thermal Baths Park are also within reach. Adventure seekers will find trekking, climbing, abseiling, mountain biking, rafting and horse riding, among other activities.
