Automobile Museum in Río Hondo

The Automobile Museum is located in the Autódromo Internacional de Termas de Río Hondo. It is a staging of unique pieces of motorsport, collector's vehicles with a captivating history for lovers of this discipline.

A getaway to Termas de Río Hondo

In the city of Termas de Río Hondo, this exhibition invites you to visit outstanding moments of sports motoring and motorcycling with unique pieces and life-size replicas of famous vehicles in the world of cars.

The Automobile Museum is a tourist attraction, outlined by the government of the province of Santiago del Estero. It was inaugurated in 2012, with Susana Giménez as godmother of the venture. The show has three levels and VIP sectors where collectible vehicles are displayed. Regardless of age, each sector draws attention of both adults and children. It is an ideal family trip to do during the hot spring.

The tour is planned in six spacesthemes that include cars and motorcycles, that have been  protagonists of the great history of the sport: Formula 1, Road Tourism, Historic Cars, Fangio Space,  National Industry and Classic Motorcycles. Artifacts donated by motorsport personalities are also on  display, such as the original helmet of Valentino Rossi, an Italian ex-driver with several world titles in  motorcycling.

At the same time, the development of the museum's infrastructure which has an avant-garde  presentation, offers an incredible guided tour, including driving simulators and a themed bar with a  retro setting. With views of the Río Hondo Reservoir, the unforgettable visit in the city of Santiago  leaves the taste of speed for fans and the beauty of motor sport for the general public.
