The evening's journey includes:
• Argentine wine cocktail class, served with trout tartar and chipa
• Hands-on empanada class using the traditional repulgue folding technique
• Argentine picada featuring chorizo, black sausage roll, smoked chicken, and melted provolone
• Tenderloin steak with a seasonal vegetable banquet, gaucho style
• Surprise dessert of dulce de leche mousse with berries
• Mate class with handmade dulce de leche alfajores
Each course is paired with a curated ion of three boutique Argentine wines matched to the different stages of the meal. The experience is conducted in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, making it accessible to the international traveler profile that visits Iguazú Falls.
The Argentine Experience Iguazú is located at Av. Brasil 57, Puerto Iguazú, and welcomes guests aged 14 and over. The cancellation policy includes a full refund up to 24 hours before the experience.
