• Jungle Cabin (80 m²): capacity for 2 to 5 guests, one room with a King size sommier and one room with 3 single sommier beds, living area with microwave, cable TV, individual air conditioning and heating, minibar, safe deposit box, amenities, hair dryer, bed linen, and housekeeping service.

• Executive Cabin (95 m²): capacity for 2 to 5 guests, upper floor with one double room with private bathroom and one room with 3 single beds with private bathroom, full kitchen, cable TV, individual air conditioning and heating, minibar, safe deposit box, amenities, hair dryer, bed linen, housekeeping service, terrace, double covered garage, and jacuzzi for 2.

• Superior Cabin (50 m²): capacity for 2 to 4 guests, one double room and one twin room, cable TV, individual air conditioning and heating, microwave, minibar, safe deposit box, amenities, hair dryer, bed linen, housekeeping service, terrace, and garage.

The property features two dining options. Las Araucarias Resto-Bar, located steps from the pool, serves a varied menu including salads, grilled meats, pasta, quick bites, desserts, and drinks, with views over the native-species gardens. Restaurante Palo Rosa focuses on regional cuisine, emphasizing fresh, natural ingredients from the area.

General services include American buffet breakfast, room service during low season, outsourced laundry, private parking, a games room, a pool with sun deck, a chapel, and 24-hour private security. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, though the signal may be intermittent due to the dense surrounding vegetation. The complex also features Spa Azaleas, offering massage rooms, sauna, and a Scottish shower, available at an additional charge.
