Complejo VIP Houses is a chalet-style accommodation located in Villa de Merlo, San Luis, on Chumamaya Street 27, less than two minutes by car from the city's commercial center, with fully paved access. The complex features 12 chalets of varying capacities, all equipped and overlooking the grounds and the Sierras de los Comechingones, set within a natural environment that includes private access to the El Tigre stream and an extensive park with native vegetation.

The two-floor chalets also include air conditioning. A hair dryer is available upon request at reception. Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing beds.

Complejo VIP Houses is open throughout the year and offers 24-hour personalized reception service through Hotel Villa Sol, tourist and dining recommendations, currency exchange, and Wi-Fi in common areas. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
