Cabañas Pío Pío is a cabin complex in Villa de Merlo, San Luis, operating since 2010 and offering cabin accommodation with spa and pool services available 365 days a year. The complex is located one block from Avenida del Sol, the town's main avenue, 40 metres from the foot of the Sierras de los Comechingones and a short distance from the Casino Flamingo, surrounded by a commercial area with restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The available units are distributed across six cabin types:

• Cabaña Cisne — studio, up to 2 guests
• Cabaña Zorzal — 2-room cabin, up to 4 guests
• Cabaña Gorrión — 2-room cabin, up to 45 guests
• Cabaña Paloma — 2-room cabin, up to 45 guests
• Cabaña Halcón — 3-room cabin, up to 45 guests
• Cabaña Gaviota — 3-room cabin, up to 67 guests

All units include air conditioning and heating, LED cable television in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and refrigerator, and complete tableware according to the cabin's capacity.

The complex features two swimming pools: an indoor heated pool open year-round and an outdoor heated pool with jacuzzi and wet solarium available during the summer season. As a complimentary service, adult guests who meet a minimum night stay requirement receive an ionic spa session including sauna, Scottish shower and hydromassage in a climate-controlled environment.

Additional services include a dry breakfast welcome tray with sweet and savoury biscuits, coffee, tea, powdered milk, sugar, dulce de leche and quince jam. The complex provides bed linen with sheets and towels, barbecue grills throughout the grounds under olive trees, a playground with swings, a slide and a climbing frame for children, a semi-covered car park with anti-hail shade cloth and high-speed Wi-Fi covering all cabins and common areas.

Optional services include massage treatments, pool towels and bathrobes, housekeeping and personal hygiene products, and cot rental for infants. The complex has its own cistern tanks to ensure water supply in any contingency, and key safes at the entrance of each cabin. The establishment participates in the Pre-Viaje programme and provides complimentary tourist guidance with a PDF guide covering the main attractions of the region.
