Inside, the house features a spacious loft that integrates the kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and all the necessary utensils. The space is bright and comfortable, with a Smart TV with satellite service, WiFi, books, movies, and original artwork that adds a touch of personality. A desk by a large window overlooking the garden provides a perfect corner for readingworking.
The private area includes a master bedroom with a double bed and closet, and a second bedroom with two single beds, separated from the main space by a colored glass screen leading to the bathroom.
Outside, Las Pircas Casa de Campo is surrounded by a 1,200 m² park bordered by a small Malbec vineyard used to produce homemade wine. It offers a private pool with hydrojet, solarium with umbrellas and lounge chairs, and two terraces: one at the front with a rustic table and benches overlooking the pool and garden, and another at the back with a fire pit, barbecue grill, and clay oven for outdoor dining.
The rear garden, filled with native trees such as chañar and aguaribay, offers a peaceful spot to relaxenjoy traditional mate.
The location is perfect for wine tourism lovers, surrounded by well-known wineries such as Krontiras (500 m away), Bonfanti, Minni, Luigi Bosca, Lagarde, and Norton. Nearby, you can also visit Bodega Estrella de los Andes and Casa Tapaus distillery, where artisanal grappa and pisco are produced.
