The complex offers four types of accommodation units:

• Panoramic View Suite: a classic matrimonial suite featuring three large windows overlooking the forest, designed for two guests who wish to take in the surrounding pine woodland from the comfort of their room.

• New Forest Loft: a modern 50 m² loft with a fully equipped kitchen, accommodating twothree guests with a double sommier and a single sommier, offering direct views of the forest.

• Park Apartment: a 50 m² unit with an independent entrance to the property's own garden, which includes an ambient fountain, a private deck and a barbecue with clay oven. This unit is pet friendly.

• Superior Panoramic Loft: a 55 m² unit with a 10 m² terrace balcony, forest views from every angle, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. Available exclusively for couples.

Regarding the general services of the complex, La Foret Loft & Suites provides central heating via radiators, split air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, Wi-Fi throughout the property, individual safety deposit boxes and continuous security camera monitoring. The complex is pet friendly in the designated units.

Guest service is handled by reception and orientation staff available until 8:00 p.m., with additional support via WhatsApp around the clock. Included services cover housekeeping, room service, linen replenishment, beach equipment and artisanal breakfast with no set time limit. This apart accommodation in Mar de las Pampas also features covered parking with a hail protection system.

During the summer season, the complex adds 120 m² of forest-facing decks, shared barbecue areas, courtesy bathrooms, a communal gazebo and a massage room.
