In the heart of the Mar Azul forest lies Casa Factoría, a cozy retreat designed for those seeking tranquility, inspiration, and a deep connection with nature. Surrounded by pine trees and just 800 meters from the area’s vast and untamed beaches, this house provides the perfect setting to relaxengage in creative projects—true to its motto: “the ideal place to develop intellectual and artistic projects.”

Casa Factoría accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a comfortable and functional space in the middle of the woods. The units include:
• Two bedrooms with Smart TVs and Cablevisión connection
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Spacious indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy the natural surroundings

Among its main amenities are Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker, alarm system, safe for valuables and tablets, electric heating panels, split heating system, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a full range of appliances (electric kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, and food processor). Complete tableware is also provided for convenience.

Outdoors, Casa Factoría features a grill and plow disc, bar area with table and stools, lounge chairs, hammocks, and private parking. It also includes a beach service with two aluminum beach chairs and a sun umbrella—perfect for enjoying the vast beaches of Mar Azul.

Check-in time is at 3 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. Stays are counted per night (fortnight stays consist of 14 nights and 15 days). Linen service is not included, and petsquad bikes are not allowed.

Nearby points of interest include wild dunes, the wide Atlantic beaches, and forest trails ideal for walking, photography, and relaxation. Casa Factoría invites guests to disconnect from the city’s pace and reconnect with nature in its purest form.

Excelente casa de alquiler para familia de 4 personas, hermosa por donde se mire, jardín muy bello y amplio con parrilla y muy bien iluminada, cocina muy bien equipada, sin dudar recomendable para pasar unos días o vacacionar. Atendido muy amablemente por su dueño. 5 estrellas
