Bed linen is changed once a week, while towels are changed twice a week. Upon arrival, guests also receive a ion of complimentary welcome items, including sweet treats, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, and dishwashing detergent.

The remaining 50% and a security deposit proportional to the rental amount are paid upon arrival. The security deposit is returned when the keys are handed back, following an inspection of the apartment.
