The city of Gualeguaychú, bordered by the Gualeguaychú and Uruguay rivers, offers unique landscapes of sandy beaches, forests of aromitos and ñandubayes, and riverbanks lined with willows and ceibos. Among its main attractions are the Parque Unzué, a 120-hectare natural reserve, and the Paseo de la Costanera, an iconic promenade that showcases the beauty of the river and greenery just a few blocks from downtown.

The Altos de la Costa complex consists of ten traditionally built duplex units, designed to provide comfort in a relaxed and safe environment. It features a perimeter fence, uncovered parking, a swimming pool, sun deck with showers, pergola, and a children’s playground, all set within a 1000 m² property.

Available accommodations include:
• Ten duplex units on two levels, each with capacity for 4 guests (optional 5th bed available).

Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, bottled gas heating, a full bathroom, a kitchen with stove, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and complete tableware. Additional amenities include LED TV with DirecTV, WiFi, a double bed sommier, sofa bed, hot water tank, and fan. Bed linen is provided, while towels are not included.
