Eolo Patagonia Spirit is a 17-room boutique hotel located halfway between the city of El Calafate and Los Glaciares National Park, set within a private 4,000-hectare estate in Argentine Patagonia. The property combines Creole-inspired architecture with contemporary design, offering accommodation in television-free rooms, a regional restaurant, a bar, and outdoor activities on the grounds.

The hotel was designed by architect Fernando Bustillo, grandson of the celebrated Alejandro Bustillo, the talent behind landmarks such as Llao Llao hotel in Bariloche and the Provincial in Mar del Plata. Drawing inspiration from the traditional estancias of southern Argentina, the building organizes its spaces around a central garden that serves as both a circulation hub and a shelter from the Patagonian wind. Every area of the hotel faces the outdoors, creating a constant visual connection with the steppe, the lake, and the Andes.

The hotel's 17 rooms are divided into three categories:
• Superior: 12 rooms with views of the lake, steppe, and/or mountain range, averaging 37 m², with 2 rooms able to accommodate an extra bed for triple occupancy.

• Premium: 3 rooms featuring a second window overlooking the hotel garden, averaging 47 m², all with the option of an extra bed.

• Corner: 2 corner rooms with double panoramic windows, the top category at the property, with 48 m² of floor space.

All rooms include individually adjustable central heating, telephone, Wi-Fi, and a full amenities set. Instead of a television, each room has comfortable armchairs positioned to face the windows and the landscape beyond.

The restaurant's culinary approach is built on regional Patagonian ingredients interpreted through international cooking techniques, led by chef Juan Pablo Bonaveri. Service covers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, paired with a wine list drawn exclusively from Argentine wineries sourced across the country's main wine regions. The hotel bar offers a relaxed setting for guests beforeafter dinner.

Within the grounds of Eolo Patagonia Spirit, guests can enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, trekking, and birdwatching without leaving the estate. The hotel's location provides easy access to both the attractions of El Calafate and excursions into Los Glaciares National Park, home to the Perito Moreno Glacier, the region's most visited natural landmark.
