Patagonia Austral Suites is a cabin complex located in the city of El Calafate, in Argentine Patagonia, just 300 meters from the main avenue. This family-run accommodation consists of 6 rustic Patagonian-style cabins, built with wood and metal sheeting, combining warmth, spaciousness and full amenities for stays of between 4 and 6 guests. Its prime location, with views of the Andes Mountain Range and close proximity to supermarkets, a shopping center, restaurants and the El Calafate Hospital, makes it a reliable choice for visitors exploring the region in search of the Perito Moreno Glacier and Los Glaciares National Park.

The complex offers three types of cabins, each named after one of the park's iconic glaciers:

• Viedma Cabin — 65 m², accommodates up to 6 guests, 2 bedrooms with single-and-a-half sommier mattresses (convertible to double), wardrobe with shoe rack, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, living/dining room with TV and WiFi, convertible sofa bed, bathroom with anteroom and outdoor deck with furniture. Breakfast included.

• Upsala Cabin — 60 m², accommodates up to 5 guests, 2 bedrooms (one with sommier mattresses convertible to double, another with 3 single beds), fully equipped electric kitchen with appliances, living/dining room with TV and WiFi, 2 individual armchairs, bathroom with anteroom. Breakfast included.

• Moreno Cabin — 50 m², accommodates up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with single-and-a-half sommier mattresses (convertible to double), wardrobe with shoe rack, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, living/dining room with TV and WiFi, individual armchairs, bathroom and outdoor deck with furniture. Breakfast included.

All cabins were built using premium-quality wood combined with metal sheeting, achieving a rustic Patagonian aesthetic that blends naturally with the surroundings of El Calafate. Interiors feature sommier mattresses, custom-made furniture, handcrafted wooden fixtures and décor that evokes the Patagonian landscape. Each unit has its own independent entrance and opens onto a shared internal garden where guests can move around comfortably.

Among the shared spaces at the cabin complex, the open-air Patagonian-style quincho (barbecue area) stands out as the perfect spot to enjoy a traditional asado, alongside a multipurpose hall with a grill. Patagonia Austral Suites also provides the following services: daily breakfast included in all units, daily housekeeping, bed linen and towels, private parking, tourist information and excursion bookings to the region's main attractions, such as the Perito Moreno Glacier, the Upsala Glacier and the trails of El Chaltén. A transport service is also available, and guests who book directly through the website receive a complimentary transfer from Malvinas Argentinas International Airport in El Calafate.
