The story of Hotel Asturias dates back to 1952, when the Ávila family arrived from Spain and settled in Cafayate. In an old house with courtyards, vines, and lanterns, a family tradition of hospitality began. After a complete renovation completed in 2011, the hotel reopened in 2012, now offering 57 modern and elegant rooms.
