Hiking
Hiking is an activity practiced on all kinds of terrain, and it does not have any restrictions of age, gender or physical condition.
As every activity, it has degrees of difficulty which can be surpassed gradually as experience is gained. The routes are divided into four types of difficulty: relaxed, medium, steady and difficult.
This specialty presents the variant of ascension hiking, which requires previous physical training and the knowledge of certain basic safety rules.
In order to do the hiking tour, it is necessary to take into account that you should adapt the level to each hiker's capacity, going through signalled lands and it is recommended to use a pole, as it may support 8% of our body weight.
Lastly, at the time of preparing the equipment for the expedition, the maximum weight each person can carry should be born in mind –up to 20% of their own weight. Therefore, in order to avoid aches in the waist or back, it is advistable to carry only what is necessary.
