All units feature algarrobo wood furnishings, large windows with partial views of the hills and the complex's garden. Each space is equipped with a full kitchen including oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware and dishes, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as a bathroom with shower, 32" LED TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, balanced-flue heating, and air conditioning. The cabins also include individual semi-covered private parking and barbecue grill, while the studio units feature covered individual parking and barbecue. Studios additionally include a Chromecast for streaming from personal devices.

The complex features an outdoor mosaic-tiled swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 meters, with a solarium and safety fencing, available during the season (not heated; pool towels not provided). Breakfast is served directly in each unit and includes hot drinks, juice, milk, and a rotating homemade baked item such as cakes, puddings, pasta frola, scones,cookies—prepared the previous afternoon—subject to confirmation based on the ed rate. Linen and bedding service is refreshed every four nights. The owners also assist guests in planning local activities, including hikes to Cerro Tres Picos, Cerro Ventana, and other scenic routes characteristic of the sierra region.
