• Bandurria Module – 45 m², capacity 2 to 4 guests: ground floor with living area, wood-burning fireplace and two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen-dining area and full bathroom with bidet, shower and bathtub; upper floor with double bedroom.

• Cauquén Module – 66 m², capacity 5 to 6 guests: ground floor with living area, wood-burning fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen-dining area, full bathroom and additional bathroom with bidet; upper floor with mountain-view double bedroom and a triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed.

• Bandurria Module – 88 m², capacity 5 to 7 guests: ground floor with independent entrance hall, shower bathroom, large wardrobe, kitchen-dining area with table, chairs and stools, fridge-freezer and under-counter fridge, living area with wood-burning fireplace, two armchairs, two sofa beds and a large window overlooking the lake with garden access; upper floor with double bedroom, full bathroom with bidet, shower and bathtub, and a triple bedroom with bunk bed and single bed.

Each apartment includes its own Wi-Fi and a TV with Chromecast for streaming favourite content platforms. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and complete dishware, allowing guests to manage their stay with full autonomy. Housekeeping is provided Monday through Saturday and includes bed linen and towels.

The property features a heated indoor-outdoor pool, available throughout the year regardless of weather conditions. For guests who enjoy traditional Argentine barbecues, there is a covered asado area with dishware, an outdoor grill and a criollo-style roasting spit.
