Happy Guest Apart offers central apartments equipped for tourism with all the amenities and comfort that guests are looking for.

We have 1, 2 and 3 room apartments, with views of the Beagle Channel or the mountains, some with a grill, washing machine, safe, desktop pc, crib and baby chair.

We offer you:
Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stove with oven and burners, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. It has everything you need to cook: a complete set of crockery, pots, roasters, blades, table, pizza maker, and we also provide you with some supplies for breakfast and cooking.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: double or single box spring beds, closet, black out curtains and top brand mattresses. We provide padding and blankets, sheets, towels and all white hotel line towels.

Safety for the family: the apartments are equipped with a fire extinguisher, a central fire alarm and a carbon monoxide detector.

Cleaning and change of linen and bedding free of charge (every 4 nights)

Entertainment: Internet, Cable TV and a Netflix user for free.

Check-In and Check-Out 24 hours a day and there will always be a host available.

Wide means of payment: Bank transfer / Debit / Credit cards. We have the Now 12 Program (12/6/18 fixed fees). Ask for current promos.

Important: All our departments have the municipal authorization and the Fueguino Institute of Tourism, which guarantees the guest compliance by the establishment of all safety, hygiene and quality of services measures.

We provide you with quilts and blankets, sheets, towels, towels, soap, toiletries and supplies for breakfast and cooking. The service includes free cleaning and replacement of linen every 4 nights.
