This charming place occupies the property where the old Hotel Edén used to be located, a building from the early 20th century that lodged outstanding personalities of its time. The current inn preserves that air of the time in what used to be the house of the landlords of the old hotel, today transformed into an intimate and cozy space.

Lo de Titi is Titi and Mariana's dream come true. They created a unique proposal in Tandil: a guesthouse run by its owners, with only four carefully decorated rooms. Each room is named after a delicate and tasty fruit - Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry and Blackcurrant- reflecting the sweet and natural spirit that characterizes the place. The rooms have all the necessary amenities: double bed with the option of an extra bed, air conditioning for winter and summer, maid service, linen and breakfast in the room upon request.

One of the greatest pleasures of staying at Lo de Titi is its homemade breakfast, with breads and sweets handmade by Titi. This breakfast is served in the dining room or, if the guest wishes, in the privacy of his room. In addition, in the Mariró Space, an area specially equipped for meetings, private events such as work days, lunches, tastingsmeetings with friends can be held. The space has a catering service and can be adapted to different needs.

The lodge also offers an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, private parking, and wifi throughout the establishment, including the Mariró Space. A refrigerator with drinks and dishes available for those who opt for food delivery completes the options for a relaxed and carefree stay.
