On the upper floor, there are two integrated bedroom areas, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all equipped with spring mattresses. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed suitable for two additional guests, along with the main living areas. Each cabin has its own barbecue area next to a pergola with benches and a table, perfect for outdoor meals overlooking the park.

Services are designed to ensure comfort throughout the year. The cabins are fully equipped and personally managed by the owners. Amenities include a kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, complete kitchenware, and a bathroom with shower and hot water available 24 hours a day. Heating is provided by a wood-burning fireplace on the ground floor and gas heating on the upper floor, along with air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as housekeeping service, linen change, satellite TV, DVD player, audio system, and on-site parking.

For families, the complex offers a baby crib and baby bathtub, children’s play area, and an extensive 4,900 m² landscaped park. The fenced swimming pool, measuring 4 x 8 meters with depths ranging from 1 to 2 meters, includes sun loungers and a relaxation area. Breakfast ingredients such as milk, coffee, tea, yerba mate, cocoa, sugar, homemade jam, toast, and butter are also provided. Pets are not allowed, and the facilities are for the exclusive use of guests staying at the complex.

Thanks to its location, Cabañas La Matrera provides easy access to Tandil’s main attractions, including Parque Independencia, Monte Calvario, Lago del Fuerte, and the surrounding hill trails, offering a balanced stay that combines nature, rest, and proximity to the city’s points of interest.
