Apart I consists of twelve fully equipped apartments, with kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning hot/cold, compartmentalized bathroom and linen service. Apart II is a modern building with twelve rooms for up to six people, each equipped with three bunk beds, compartmentalized bathrooms with double shower, Direct TV and views of the park and the stream. On the other hand, the Hostel is ideal for large contingents, with 60 beds distributed in ten rooms, bathrooms and showers separated by sex, a large dining room for 60 people and industrial kitchen, available for self-managed groupswith pension service.

The common areas include a large recreational swimming pool, barbecue areas equipped for groups of up to 60 and 120 people, a sports field, and an original brewery shed converted into an event hall, which preserves its stone structure and cobblestone floor, giving it a unique and cozy touch.

Thanks to its strategic location in Tandil, Villa Pinar de las Sierras allows easy access to iconic places such as the Independencia Park, the Morisco Castle, the Fort Lake and the Balneario del Sol, being an excellent choice for both relaxation and active tourism.
