The accommodation is designed for up to 4 guests and works as a practical, fully equipped option for both tourists visiting Pinamar and students attending intensive courses at the UADE Pinamar campus.

It is important to note that the accommodation does not include linen service, so guests must bring their own sheets and towels. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. During January and February, groups of young people are not accepted, and high-season rentals are offered by the weekfortnight from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are subject to prior consultation. Ayres de Pinamar offers special rates for UADE students, available upon request.
