La Puntana is a comfortable private house located in the Estación Conlara neighborhood, on Highway 5, in a strategic area just 10 minutes from Villa de Merlo and 5 minutes from Santa Rosa del Conlara, in the province of San Luis. This lodging is ideal for those looking to rest with familyfriends, surrounded by nature and with easy access to the main tourist destinations in the region.

With capacity for up to 5 people, the property has two independent units and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The living-dining room offers a single sofa bed, 50" Smart TV, Wi-Fi and hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for 5 people, with everything you need to cook and enjoy a self-sufficient stay.

The master bedroom has a king size sommier bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning, while the second bedroom has two single sommier beds and air conditioning. The house also has a complete secondary bathroom and a covered gallery with space for two vehicles.

During the summer season (November to April), guests can enjoy a private 6x3 meter swimming pool, ideal for relaxing outdoors in a quiet and safe environment.

Thanks to its location, La Puntana is an ideal base to explore some of the most visited destinations in the center of the country. It is 25 minutes from Villa Dolores, and one hour from Nono, Mina Clavero and Cura Brochero. In addition, within a 90-minute radius you can visit other tourist sites in San Luis such as Potrero de los Funes, Trapiche and La Carolina.
