All rooms feature box spring mattresses. On request, guests may choose from feather, foam,memory foam pillows. Superior rooms include 80 cm entry doors and 70 cm bathroom access, designed to ensure comfort for guests with reduced mobility.

In terms of accessibility, Hotel Neptuno features an access ramp, automatic main entrance door, and an elevator with an 80 cm opening suitable for wheelchairs. Upper floor hallways have LED lighting with automatic activation that also functions during power outages, and are soundproofed with carpeting.
