All units at the complex are fully equipped. The cabins for up to five guests — both on the ground and upper floors — feature a bedroom, living-dining area, anteroom, and full bathroom, plus a covered garage-gallery with an individual barbecue grill and a private patio. Equipment includes a refrigerator, oven stove, microwave, water heater, DirecTV, complete kitchenware, bed linens, sheets, towels, and blankets. Climate control is provided by air conditioning in both rooms and a balanced-flue heater in the bedroom. The living area has single beds with spring mattresses, while the bedroom features a double sommier with individually covered spring mattresses. The upper-floor cabin also offers sweeping views of the pool and the grounds. The two-person cabin includes a kitchen-dining area, bathroom, bedroom, an assigned covered parking space, and equivalent equipment: kitchenware, refrigerator, stove, water heater, microwave, sheets, towels, blankets, television, and DirecTV.

Daily housekeeping is carried out between 10 a.m. and noon and includes sheet changes every three nights, towel changes every other day, and rubbish removal. It does not include washing of personal clothingdishes. The common areas of this lodging complex in Los Reartes feature a swimming pool with a sundeck, sun loungers and umbrellas, a covered gallery with tables and chairs, hammocks, a ping-pong table, a football-volleyball court, and a children's playground, with direct access to the Río Los Reartes from within the grounds.
