The complex offers two categories of apartments to suit different needs. The upper apartments, accommodating 4 to 6 guests, feature two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, private patio, and barbecue grill. The lower apartments, ideal for 2 to 4 guests, are located on the ground floor and include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, patio, and barbecue grill. All units come with bed linens, though guests are advised to bring their own towels.
Among its amenities, the property offers covered parking for added vehicle security and a shared patio with individual grills, perfect for enjoying outdoor barbecues. Its prime location also allows easy access to the main services and attractions of the city.
It’s worth noting that Praia do Sul does not provide maid servicebreakfast, giving guests the freedom to organize their stay as they wish. Pets are not allowed in the complex.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar. A un par de cuadras de la playa y a 10 minutos caminando para llegar al centro. Bonita experiencia y los dueños unas grandes personas, muy amables. Nos vemos el próximo año
