Quincho Coihues is a unique apartment, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Villa Ayelen, just 1.5 km from downtown Esquel.
Surrounded by wooded areas and with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Quincho Coihues is a very spacious place to stay, 75 m2. It has a large bedroom with a queen bed (double) and a twin (single), overlooking the pine forest, black out curtains and sun screen roller, large closet with shelves and drawers, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is also a smart TV connected by cable.
The sommiers and bed linen are top quality, the quilts are warm and there are blankets available.

The bathroom has amenities such as shampoo, detangler, soaps, alcohol, hair dryer and others.
The shower is powerful in its pressure and optimal in water temperature.
It has complete toilets, towels and bath towels for each guest.
The kitchen is very spacious and equipped, among other amenities there is a microwave oven, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen accessories and crockery and refrigerator.
The kitchen window located on the countertop at the height of the double sink, overlooks the mountain and allows the entry of light, from its roller sun screen curtain.

The living dining room is very spacious, integrated to the kitchen, with views to the park and the pine forest, it has besides the table for three guests, another bigger table for comfort, a coffee table, two very comfortable armchairs to enjoy the rest and watch smart TV. Outside there is a barbecue, a comfortable grill, rustic tables and benches and a Chilean type wood oven.

Finally, the park overlooks the pine forest and the mountains (Cerro Nahuel Pan), in a space where lawn areas and fruit and ornamental trees are combined with stone paths, lined with rose bushes and aromatic plants.
The park is completed with two square- benches and a small game table to enjoy the open air, the landscape and the tranquility of the surroundings.

Quincho Coihues is only four blocks away from route 259 that links with the route, to the south, to Chile, Campo de TULIPANES, Cascadas Nant y Fach, Molino Nant y Fach, Viñas de Nant y Fall, the town of Trevelin at 22 km, and the south gate of Los Alerces National Park (Lago Amutu Quimei, Complejo Hidroeléctrico Futaleufú). Also with the access to the road to the south gate of Los Alerces National Park and its link with the road to Cholila, Epuyén, Lago Puelo and El Bolsón, through the park.
To the north-east, with the city of Esquel only 1.5 km away, the road to the Laguna la Zeta Municipal Reserve, the Laguna Carao complex, the Sky de la Hoya ski slopes, the station of the old Patagonian Express (El Trochita), and the Esquel airport.
