Skydive Center is a skydiving company located in Chascomús, Buenos Aires Province, offering tandem parachute jumps for beginners as well as training courses for those looking to pursue the sport further. It operates year-round on weekends and public holidays, with two certified aircraft, instructors with over 4,500 jumps of experience each, and up-to-date equipment. It is one of the most accessible options for skydiving near Buenos Aires with no prior experience required.

The baptism skydive in Chascomús consists of a tandem jump from 3,000 meters, equivalent to approximately 10,000 feet. Before boarding the aircraft, Skydive Center instructors provide a 15-minute briefing covering everything needed to enjoy the jump safely. The flight to jump altitude takes between 15 and 20 minutes, followed by approximately 45 seconds of free fall at speeds exceeding 200 km/h. Once the parachute opens, the canopy flight lasts between 5 and 7 minutes, offering an aerial view of Chascomús Lake and the surrounding landscape that is hard to forget.

Among the services available at Skydive Center is professional audiovisual recording of the jump, carried out by the center's own camera operators. Photos and video are delivered in digital format, and guests can bring a USB drive to receive them on the spot. A buffet service and Wi-Fi are also available at the zone. Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance via WhatsApp, phone,email, and payment can be made in cash in pesos, dollars,euros,by credit card. The full activity takes approximately half a day.

For those who want to go beyond the introductory jump, Skydive Center offers skydiving courses through the La Plata Skydiving School (CEPLP), an institution with over 40 years of experience training skydivers in Argentina.

Requirements to participate are:
• Must be over 17 years old
• Must weigh less than 95 kg
• Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers
• Book at least 10 days in advance

Chascomús is a city roughly 120 kilometers from Buenos Aires, well known for its lake setting and relaxed pace. Combining a visit to Chascomús Lake, the historic town center,the surrounding wetlands with a parachute jump makes for a well-rounded day trip out of the city.
