Es muy bello el monoambiente, con muy buena iluminación. Las camas son cómodas. Cuenta con servicios de blanco. Tiene microondas, pava eléctrica, tostadora, cafetera, vajilla, ollas, bifera heladera, televisión y calefacción. El baño es muy cómodo. Hay que subir escalera. La administradora es muy atenta y amable.
