The duplex units of approximately 85 m² can accommodate up to 6 people and have individual gardens and grills, as well as parking. The triplex units, of approximately 130 m², can accommodate up to 8 people and also offer gardens, grills and private parking.

Services include daily maid service (except for dishwashing, except for breakfast) and linen change three times a week. The heated swimming pool, operating in high season, offers a perfect place to relax from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Beach service at the Hemingway resort, available from December to March, includes an umbrella and three chairs, with waiter service, lifeguards and children's recreational activities. Guests can enjoy yoga and zumba classes, as well as facilities with changing rooms and showers.

Cariló House also offers cable TV, Wi-Fi connection, and a welcome kit with infusions. Optionally, services such as massages and dry breakfast brought to the unit are available. The administration is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., ensuring assistance for any need.
