Located in one of the most beautiful zones in the Province of Buenos Aires and minutes away from Sierra de la Ventana, where the microclimate is ideal for the development of vineyards, there lies Saldungaray Winery. This boutique winery has 20 hectares of vineyards that include various varietals such as Malbec, Pinot noir, Merlot, Tempranillo, Cabernet sauvignon and franc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc grapes. As we respect and care for our grapes, we have incorporated new advanced market technologies to stand out and manage excellent quality harvests for each of our wines. Ventania wines are young with fruit aromas. They may be tasted at our restaurant, El Silo, with our cheese, tapas, dishes made with mountain lamb, meat, homemade pasta and regional delicacies. Everything is ready for customers to come along and discover us. Open hours: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11am to 12am. Guided tours free of charge until 8pm. January and February: open everyday, except on Tuesdays. Winetasting sessions: 2nd weekend of each month, prior registration at the winery or by e-mail. Getting here: the Winery is located in the District of Saldungaray, just 700m. away from the railway station. You may find your way easily following the signs by the road.
